The Challenge
Dropbox needed to transform their traditional brand guidelines into an engaging, interactive digital experience. The challenge was to move beyond static PDFs and create a living, breathing brand world that would inspire and educate their global team and partners.
The site needed to showcase Dropbox's playful, human-centered brand while maintaining the functionality and accessibility required for a comprehensive brand resource.
Our Solution
We created an interactive playground where every element of the Dropbox brand comes to life. Typography dances, colors respond to user interaction, and illustrations animate with personality. The site balances playfulness with practical functionality.
Key features include interactive color palettes, animated typography specimens, downloadable assets, and contextual examples that show the brand in action across different touchpoints.
Results & Recognition
The brand guidelines site was recognized as Awwwards' Site of the Day and later awarded Site of the Month. It received widespread acclaim for pushing the boundaries of what brand guidelines can be.
